Is it just IKEA furniture that you build?

No we assemble all types of flat pack furniture from Sauder, Kingston, Office Depot, Office Max, Lowes, Home Depot, Habitat, Argos, Harveys, Next, John Lewis, Homebase, Peter Jones, Dwell and most other suppliers.

Can you mount my wardrobe or cupboards to the wall?

No problem, but please request this service when you place the order so that we can ensure we have the right hardware when we arrive.

What happens if parts are missing?

Our assembly teams carry a small store of common spare parts. We will be able to advise exactly which parts you should request from the supplier should we not have what you are missing.

What happens if an item of furniture is damaged or defective?

We will let you know if we encounter any problems immediately. It is uncommon, but every now and again some items are damaged during shipping.  We will give you your options when and if the situation occurs as to remediation and or re-schedule.

Can you cut access panels for plugs or cables in my furniture?

Providing the design of the furniture permits this without compromising its integrity then that is not a problem.

Can you mount shelves or blinds for me?

No problem. Please request this when ordering so we can ensure we have the correct hardware for this job.
